TERMS OF SERVICE
Simple terms
By using NAMAA you agree to the points below. They are written plainly on purpose.
Sacred text and translation
The Arabic text shown is the Uthmani script, and the English is the Sahih International translation, both requested from a public Quran service and credited in the reader. We never generate, paraphrase or alter Quranic text. Translations are human interpretations and are offered for understanding, not as a replacement for the Arabic.
Prayer times, Qibla and the garden
Prayer times, the last third of the night, and the Qibla direction are calculated estimates based on your place and a regional calculation method. They can differ from your local mosque — please follow your mosque. The garden, seasons and weather scenes are artistic; they are not a claim about any real location mentioned in the Quran.
Your content
Reflections, duas and bookmarks you write remain yours and remain on your device. We claim no rights over them and have no way to read them. Keep your own copy using “Export my data” if they matter to you — a lost or cleared device cannot be recovered by us.
Fair use
- Use NAMAA for personal, respectful reading and reflection.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service or use it to distribute harmful or disrespectful content.
- Shared image cards are made on your device; you are responsible for where you share them.
No warranty
NAMAA is offered as-is, free of charge, without warranty. We are not liable for missed prayers, reading interruptions, data loss, or reliance on calculated times. Features may change or pause as the app grows.
Changes
If these terms change, the date below changes with them. Continuing to use NAMAA means accepting the current version.
